As the Director of Communications and Development for Conservatives Concerned, Nicholas works to educate conservatives about the failed death penalty system, identify new supporters, build the organization’s reach and capacity, and implement field and digital strategies to mobilize conservatives in critical campaigns. He also coordinates Conservatives Concerned’s programs in the western United States.

His previous experience includes roles in communications and development at the National Right to Work Foundation, where he worked for over a decade while volunteering on various causes and campaigns in Virginia. Nicholas served on the Board of Directors of Virginians for Alternatives to the Death Penalty, which successfully worked with a broad coalition of partners and allies to end capital punishment in 2021. He returned to Nevada, where he grew up, in 2022. Nicholas received his bachelor’s degree in political science and American studies from Providence College.
