Executive Director

Demetrius Minor joined the Conservatives Concerned team as national manager in 2021 before transitioning to executive director in 2025. Demetrius oversees Conservatives Concerned’s strategy and operations, leads its education and organizing work, and serves as its public face and primary spokesperson. 

He was previously the director of coalitions for Americans for Prosperity-Florida and a program director and co-host for conservative radio, TV, and podcasts. Demetrius previously served as an advisor for Republican Governor Ron DeSantis’ Faith and Community Initiative and as a member of the Georgia GOP’s Minority Engagement Council. He also interned at the White House during President George W. Bush’s administration.

In addition to his advocacy work, Demetrius is a Pentecostal minister and an accomplished author, having written ‘Preservation and Purpose: The Making of a Young Millennial and a Manifesto for Faith, Family, and Politics.’ He is a speaker with the Leadership Institute, delivering lectures on college campuses across the country about pro-life values and the connection to the death penalty. 

Demetrius is a current fellow with the Center for Christianity and Public Life and a former board member for Georgians for Alternatives to the Death Penalty. Demetrius is a graduate of Augusta University and based in Florida.
